This painting received its name because the colors have their compliments
close by:
1st woman dress + parasol both VIOLET
2nd woman dress + parasol both YELLOW
YELLOW & VIOLET are compliments to one another.

The entire landscape is basically GREEN,
whose compliment is RED (thus the Redhead)
And then the geese and birch trees play similarly!
