This piece has a hand cross stitched center medallion of an eagle landing on a branch. This is the third piece in this series of art quilts. It is framed with a cotton textile that looks like leather. Eagle feathers are hand quilted into the small brown borders.

A profile of an eagle head is hand quilted in the outer border along with echoing arcs. Cloud formations are echo quilted in the four corners as well. The entire piece is hand quilted, hand cross stitched and hand bound.
